Proposition 8 Protest
The City of Dallas was one of hundreds of cities that participated in a nation-wide protest against the passing of California’s Proposition 8 which bans gay marriage.
The passing of Prop 8 caused a week long protest in California which has since spread to cities like New York City which brought out an incredible estimated 10,000 protesters. Whoopi was even present at the rally and talked about it on “The View.”
